HOW TO CREATE PDF FILE (WORD TO PDF)

One can create PDF without going online, PDF is an offline program and can be done at anytime and anywhere. Although some PDF readers are obtained online but not necessary to go online for the creating. Below are some useful ways in creating PDF.


Method 1

1.      Open File in word document




2.      Click On export



3.      Click On PDF / XPS Document


4.      Click on Create PDF

5.      In the “File Nametype the name of the document you will like to save.


6.      Choose the destination of your document (where you will like to save your document).



7.      Click on Publish





Method 2

1.      Click on “File” in word document

2.      Click on “Save As

3.      Choose the destination (The folder to save the work)

4.      In the “File Name” (Type the name of the file you will like to save)

5.      Click on “Save As Type” and Choose “PDF”

6.      Click On “Save

 


HOW TO LAUNCH / OPEN PDF


Method 1

1.      Open the destination of the PDF (The folder containing the PDF)

2.      Right Click on the PDF

3.      Click on Open / launch

4.      Wait for it to launch / Open.

Method 2

1.      Press Windows Key + R (on the keyboard)

2.      Click on Browse

3.      The rectangle containing program click on it

4.      Select / Click on All Files

5.      Search for the folder / file containing the PDF

6.      Double – Click on the PDF

7.      Click on Okay

 

Why PDF file is created?

PDF was developed to share information (documents), including text formatting and images, among computer / phone users of disparate platforms who may not have access to mutually-compatible application software. It was created by a research and development team called Camelot, led by Adobe's co-founder John Warnock.
